It’s all about Hip Hop right now, and we don’t have the number of bands like in the 1960s-1990s and maybe the early 2000s. But rock and roll will never die totally. There are enough 'Classic Rock' stations around so you will always hear rock somewhere. I recently heard of a band called 'The Rival Sons.' These kids are still in high school, and they sound as good as anything we grew up on. So there may be hope yet.
